地质资料档案是在地质调查、矿产勘察和科研工作过程中直接形成的对国家和社会具有保存价值的各种文字、图片、声音、表格、标本等不同形式的历史记录。地质资料档案信息化建设,是指运用各种现代化信息管理的方法、技术与手段来加强对地质资料档案的管理(包括收、管、存、用)的通称。本文仅就新时代地质资料档案信息化建设存在的问题与对策进行深入探讨。

Geological data archives are historical records in various forms such as words,pictures,sounds,forms,specimens,etc.,which are directly formed in the process of geological survey,mineral exploration and scientific research,and have preservation value for the country and society.Informatization construction of geological data archives is the general term for strengthening the management of geological data archives(including collection,management,storage and use)by using various modern information management methods,technologies and means.This article only discusses the problems and countermeasures existing in the informatization construction of geological data archives in the new era.
