This paper briefly expounds the financial electronic bill business pain points and application block value and advantage of chain technology,analyzes the block chain technology and financial electronic bill business processes in particular,and put forward the financial electronic instrument based on block chain technology system of the technical architecture and construction scheme,relevant business system has been successfully issued so far more than 100 pieces of block chain financial electronic instrument.Blockchain financial electronic bill realizes the whole process supervision of electronic bill,and effectively controls the occurrence of"multiple reports for one billHHrepeated reimbursement"and"malicious reimbursement".
