国家气象云资源池智能管理技术应用研究

摘要 云计算环境中的资源池管理是云计算的关键技术之一。为适应气象资源整合集约的要求,基于云计算虚拟化技术,国家级气象资源池初具规模,云计算资源池系统的精细化管理是重点也是难点。该文从气象资源池业务运行以来用户的具体业务需求和实际工作中的痛点出发,结合国家级气象部门的自身特点以及信息化现状,充分研究探讨了智能管理技术,设计了国家级气象资源池智能管理的业务架构,创新性地设计气象云资源精细化管理系统,同时借鉴引入公有云自助式运维的模式,多方面多层次解决了资源池用户的实际业务需求。通过对国家级气象资源池智能管理上线前后进行了对比分析,结果表明,国家级气象资源池智能管理技术,具有实际的业务应用价值,对其他行业有很好的借鉴意义。 Resource pool management is one of the key technologies in cloud computing.To meet the requirements of meteorological resource integration and intensification,based on cloud computing virtualization technology,the national meteorological resource pool has begun to take shape,and the fine management of cloud computing resource pool system is the key and difficult point.Starting from the specific business needs of users and the pain points in the actual work since the operation of meteorological resource pool business,combined with the characteristics of national meteorological departments and the status quo of informatization,we fully study and discuss the intelligent management technology,design the business architecture of national meteorological resource pool intelligent management,innovatively design the refined management system of meteorological cloud resources.At the same time,learning from the introduction of public cloud self-service operation and maintenance mode,we solve the actual business needs of resource pool users in multiple aspects and layers.The results show that the national meteorological resource pool intelligent management technology has practical business application value,which can be used for reference by other industries.
