海上风电桩靴式导管架基础施工关键技术 被引量:8

摘要 为解决复杂环境下海上升压站桩靴式导管架基础施工面临的调平难及水下灌浆难两个问题,开展了施工关键技术研究。首先,提出导管架套筒上部安装液压卡桩器的调平措施,沿每个套筒环向均匀分布8个液压缸组成液压卡桩装置,辅助调平导管架;其次,提出导管架桩套筒底部安装自封闭式封隔器,在水下灌浆中对环形空间的底部实现封堵,提高水下灌浆的质量。两项措施有效解决了上述关键技术难题。 To solve the construction difficulties of the pile-shoe jacket foundation of offshore booster station in complex conditions,key technologies such as the foundation leveling and underwater grouting are studied.Firstly,a leveling method by installing a hydraulic pile clamp on the upper part of the jacket sleeve is proposed,in which eight hydraulic cylinders are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of each sleeve to form a hydraulic pile clamping device to assist the jacket leveling.Secondly,self-enclosed packer is installed at the bottom of the jacket pile sleeve to block the bottom of the annular space during the underwater grouting and thus improve the grouting quality.With the proposed two measures,the construction difficulties are effectively solved.
