摘要
转轮室是水轮机重要的过流部件,其裂纹是灯泡贯流式机组的常见缺陷之一,若产生贯穿性裂纹,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。针对裂纹产生的原因,对过渡段环筋结构进行了优化设计,并结合电厂后续的整机改造计划,提出了转轮室减振方案。过渡段环筋优化方案实施后机组运行状况良好。
Runner chamber is an important flow passage part of hydro-turbine unit.Runner chamber crack is one of the common defects found in bulb tubular unit.If penetrating crack occurs,it will seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit.According to the causes of the crack problem,the ring reinforcement structure of the transition section of the runner chamber is optimized.Also,a vibration reduction scheme of the runner chamber is proposed considering the subsequent whole unit renovation plan of the power plant.After the implementation of the optimization scheme of the ring reinforcement structure,the unit operates in a good condition.
