艾司唑仑联合护理干预对老年高血压睡眠障碍患者的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Eszopiclone Combined with Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Sleep Disorders

目的:探究艾司唑仑联合护理干预治疗老年高血压伴睡眠障碍患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月至9月东莞市水乡中心医院诊治的老年高血压伴睡眠障碍患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组患者均常规口服硝苯地平控释片和艾司唑仑治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组则给予综合护理干预,统计分析2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血压水平和睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为81.8%,显著低于观察组的94.5%;2组患者收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)水平均较治疗前显著降低,但观察组患者SBP和DBP水平显著低于对照组;2组患者入睡时间、睡眠时间和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均显著改善,但观察组患者上述指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:艾司唑仑联合护理干预可显著改善老年高血压伴睡眠障碍患者血压水平,提升睡眠质量,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of eszopiclone combined with nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 110 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorders treated in Dongguan Shuixiang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with regular oral nifedipine and eszopiclone,while patients in the control group were given conventional nursing interventions and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions,and the clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels and sleep conditions of patients in both groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.8%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group,which was 94.5%;the SBP and DBP levels of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the time to fall asleep,sleep time and PSQI of both groups were significantly improved,but the above indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of eszopiclone and nursing intervention can significantly improve blood pressure levels and sleep quality in elderly patients with hypertension and sleep disorders,and the clinical efficacy is worth promoting.
