观察小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷改善腺样体肥大患儿睡眠质量的效果

To Observe the Effect of Pediatric Massage Combined with Acupoint Application on Improving Sleep Quality in Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的:观察小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷改善腺样体肥大患儿睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2017年12月至2020年12月厦门市中医医院收治的腺样体肥大患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿给予常规小儿推拿,观察组患儿给予常规小儿推拿联合穴位敷贴,分别在治疗前与治疗1个月后,抽取患儿清晨空腹静脉血,离心后取上层清液,应用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、特异性变应原(sIgE)、白三烯D4(LTD4)、白三烯C4(LTC4)水平;同时,采用睡眠障碍评分评价患儿的睡眠情况,并观察与对比2组患儿的腺样体/鼻咽腔比值(A/N),比较2组患儿治疗有效率。结果:干预后,ECP、sIgE、LTD4、LTC4水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,观察组患儿A/N值、睡眠障碍评分均显著低于对照组,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:应用小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷能够提高腺样体肥大患儿的治疗效果,改善睡眠质量,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application on improving sleep quality in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods:A total of 80 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given conventional pediatric massage,and children in the observation group were given conventional pediatric massage combined with acupoint application.Fasting venous blood was extracted in the morning before treatment and 1 month after treatment,and supernatant was taken after centrifugation.The levels of eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP),specific allergen(sIgE),leukotriene D4(LTD4)and leukotriene C4(LTC4)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Meanwhile,sleep disorder score was used to evaluate the sleep status of children,and adenoid/nasopharyngeal cavity ratio(A/N)values and the treatment efficiency of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of ECP,sIgE,LTD4 and LTC4 were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the A/N value and sleep disorder score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application can improve the treatment effect of adenoid hypertrophy in children,improve sleep quality,and improve the effective rate of treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
