探讨个性化音乐护理配合心理疏导干预对肺癌手术患者心理状况及睡眠质量的影响

To Explore the Effect of Personalized Music Nursing Combined with Psychological Counseling Intervention on the Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Lung Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨个性化音乐护理配合心理疏导干预对肺癌手术患者心理状况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年6月谷城县人民医院胸外科收治的肺癌手术患者81例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组40例,观察组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化音乐护理配合心理疏导干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量变化情况,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者干预前后抑郁及焦虑情绪的变化情况,采用临床神经卫生症状自评量表-90(SCL-90)对2组患者心理状态进行评定。结果:观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90评分均明显低于对照组,观察组睡眠质量各维度评分及PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:个性化音乐护理配合心理疏导干预能够有效改善肺癌手术患者心理状态及睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of personalized music nursing combined with psychological counseling intervention on psychological status and sleep quality of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 81 lung cancer patients admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Gucheng County People′s Hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in control group and 41 cases in observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given personalized music nursing combined with psychological counseling intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between 2 groups.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the changes of depression and anxiety before and after intervention.Clinical Neurohealth Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the psychological status of 2 groups.Results:The SAS score,SDS score and SCL-90 score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the sleep quality score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized music nursing combined with psychological counseling intervention can effectively improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
