舒适护理提升白血病患者舒适度及睡眠质量的效果观察

Effect of Comfort Nursing in the Treatment of Leukemia on Improving Comfort and Sleep Quality

目的:探析在三氧化二砷治疗白血病中利用舒适护理措施进行干预对提升舒适度及睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的采用三氧化二砷治疗的白血病患者30例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较2组患者的治疗舒适度及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:和对照组比较,观察组治疗舒适率明显较高,其PSQI评分明显较低,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用三氧化二砷治疗的白血病患者采取舒适护理措施进行干预在提升舒适度及睡眠质量方面有着明显的优势,对改善患者治疗预后有积极的作用,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on improving comfort and sleep quality in the treatment of leukemia by using arsenic trioxide.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,30 patients with leukemia treated with arsenic trioxide in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=15,routine nursing)and observation group(n=15,comfort nursing).The treatment comfort and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the comfort rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and its PSQI score was significantly lower(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing intervention of leukemia patients treated with arsenic trioxide has obvious advantages in improving the comfort and sleep quality,and plays a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients.
