人性化护理模式改善急诊科患者睡眠质量的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode in Improving Sleep Quality of Patients in Emergency Department

目的:研究人性化护理模式改善急诊科患者睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月蚌埠市第三人民医院急诊科收治的睡眠障碍患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予人性化护理模式。观察比较2组患者治疗前后的睡眠时间、睡眠质量及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患者的睡眠时间明显长于对照组,睡眠质量明显优于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理模式,可以有效提高急诊科患者的睡眠质量,延长睡眠时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of humanized nursing mode on improving the sleep quality of patients in the emergency department.Methods:A total of 72 patients with sleep disorders admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of randomized control,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 patients in the two groups respectively.The control group received conventional traditional nursing mode,and the observation group received humanized nursing mode on the basis of conventional nursing.Finally,sleep duration,sleep quality and satisfaction of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Results:The sleep time of the observation group after nursing was significantly longer than that of the control group,the sleep quality was significantly better than that of the control group,the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the traditional nursing,humanized nursing mode can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients in emergency department with sleep disorders,prolong the sleep time,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
