摘要
为提高沥青路面使用性能,更好地服务湖州南浔大道路面修复工程,通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验,研究了掺加AP-8改性剂的沥青混合料各项路用性能。室内试验研究表明:掺加0.3%AP-8改性剂的普通沥青混合料,其高温稳定性有较大提高,动稳定度达到8000次/mm,抗水损害性能、低温抗裂性能略有改善,残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、低温破坏应变分别在89%、84%、2900με以上。在室内试验基础上,将AP-8改性剂应用于湖州南浔大道路面修复工程,通过现场检测,压实度均值为94.3%,渗水系数为51.9 mL/min,表明掺加AP-8改性剂的普通沥青混合料压实情况良好,路面基本不渗水。通车2年后,通过车辙及平整度系统评价,路面仍保持良好的通行状态。室内试验结果和实体工程跟踪检测结果表明:AP-8改性剂可有效提高沥青路面的使用性能,是一种性能优良、稳定且经济的沥青混合料改性剂。
In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement and better serve the pavement restoration project of Nanxun Avenue Huzhou,the road performance of asphalt mixture mixed with AP-8 modifier was studied through rutting test,beam bending test,water immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The result of lab testing shows that the high temperature stability of base asphalt mixture mixed with 0.3%AP-8 modifier has been greatly improved,its dynamic stability reaches 8000 times/mm.The water damage resistance and low temperature crack resistance have been slightly improved,residual stability,freeze thawing splitting strength ratio and low temperature failure strain are above 89%,84%,and 2900μεrespectively.On the basis of lab testing,the AP-8 modifier was applied to the pavement restoration project of Nanxun Avenue in Huzhou.On-site testing shows that the base asphalt mixture mixed with AP-8 modifier was in good compaction and the pavement was basically impermeable,the average compaction value was 94.3%and the water permeability coefficient was 51.9 ml/min.Two year after it was opened to traffic,the road still maintains good traffic conditions through the rutting and smoothness system evaluation.The results of lab test and engineering tracking test show that AP-8 modifier can effectively improve the performance of asphalt pavement,and it is a kind of high performance,stable and economical asphalt mixture modifier.
