公路模板支架工程施工安全指标体系构建及权重等级划分 被引量:4

摘要 为预防模板支架工程(简称“模架工程”)施工安全事故发生,建立其施工安全指标体系,明确各项安全指标的权重等级,采用典型施工安全事故及安全规范调研、德尔菲法分析、基于三角模糊数的层次分析等方法,研究模架工程施工安全指标体系构建及各个指标的权重等级划分,结果是筛选出64项模架工程安全技术指标,构建了基于“人-物-环-管”等多因素的递阶层次结构,建立了定性与定量指标相结合的模架工程指标体系,确立了各项安全技术指标的重要性权重值,将其划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三个等级,并验证其合理性与适用性。结果表明:基于三角模糊数的层次分析法对安全技术指标进行等级划分,可避免传统划分方法中的主观因素影响,具有一定的合理性和适用性,同时该指标体系的建立可为模架工程施工安全的控制提供技术支撑。 In order to prevent the occurrence of construction safety accidents in formwork support engineering(referred to as"formwork engineering"),the construction safety index system is established and the weight level of various safety indicators is defined.By means of typical construction safety accident and safety specification investigation,Delphi method analysis and AHP method based on triangular fuzzy,formwork engineering construction safety index system construction and weight level classification are studied.As a result,64 safety technical indexes are screened out,the hierarchy structure of man-to-ring-tube structure is constructed,and the index system of formwork engineering combined with qualitative and quantitative index is constructed.The importance weight value of various safety technical indexes are established and divided into level of I,Ⅱ、Ⅲ.And then its rationality and applicability are verified.The safety technical index level classification by AHP method based on triangular fuzzy can avoid the subjective factors in the traditional classification method and the index system can provide technical support for the control of construction safety.
