摘要
在我国新一轮法学教育改革中,法律职业伦理教育迎来了发展的春天。“法律职业伦理”作为一门真正意义上的课程,课程目标的编制是课程研制的首要问题,确立合理的课程目标对于提高课程实施的效果和质量具有重要意义。通过对现有研究成果的分析探究,发现高校“法律职业伦理”课程目标面临宏观、抽象、可操作性不强等困境。在借鉴布鲁姆教育目标分类理论合理内涵的基础上,结合法律职业伦理教育的特殊性,将“法律职业伦理”课程目标解析为知识层面、技能层面、情感层面以及行为层面的四维层级结构,并探讨了课程目标的实现路径,希冀对该课程的发展与建设有一定的启示和促进。
In the new round of legal education reform in China,legal professional ethics education is expected a fast development.As a real sense of the curriculum,the course of“legal professional ethics”has to face a primary issue in the course objectives in its curriculum development.In this situation,it is significantly important to establish the reasonable curriculum objectives for improving the effect and quality of curriculum implementation.Through the analysis and exploration of the existing relevant research results,this article finds that the objectives of“legal professional ethics”courses in many universities are facing the dilemma of over-generalized,abstract,and poor operability.Based on the reasonable implications of Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives,combined with the particularities in the education of legal professional ethics,the authors interpret the“legal professional ethics”course objectives into a four-dimensional hierarchy of knowledge,skill,emotion,and behavior.By discussing the path to the realization of the course objectives,the authors hope to contribute to the promotion for the development and reform of the course.
