养血清脑颗粒联合右佐匹克隆治疗心血管介入术后睡眠障碍

Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after cardiovascular intervention

目的探讨养血清脑颗粒联合右佐匹克隆治疗心血管介入术后睡眠障碍的疗效及对动态心电图的影响。方法将61例采用心血管介入术治疗疾病的患者随机分为单药组(30例)和联合组(31例)。单药组患者口服右佐匹克隆片,联合组患者在单药组治疗的基础上加用养血清脑颗粒。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后患者的睡眠质量、动态心电图变化情况、血生化指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组患者的临床总有效率(96.77%)显著高于单药组(80.00%)(P<0.05);2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),各因子评分中除“催眠药物”外均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组均显著低于单药组(P<0.05);2组24 h室性早搏、房性早搏、窦性心动过速及窦性心动过缓发生次数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组均显著低于单药组(P<0.05);2组多巴胺(DA)水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组显著低于单药组(P<0.05);2组5-羟色胺(5-HT)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组显著高于单药组(P<0.05);治疗期间,联合组患者出现不良反应总发生率为9.68%,单药组为6.67%,差异无统计学意义。结论养血清脑颗粒联合右佐匹克隆治疗心血管介入术后睡眠障碍,可明显改善患者的心电图和血生化指标,提高睡眠质量,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after cardiovascular intervention and its effects on dynamic electrocardiogram.Methods 61 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention were randomly divided into single drug group(30 cases)and combined group(31 cases).The patients in single drug group were given oral administration of Dexzopiclone Tablets,and the patients in combined group were additionally treated with Yangxue Qingnao Granules on the basis of single drug group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,sleep quality and dynamic electrocardiogram,the levels of blood biochemical indexes and adverse reactions rates before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in single drug group(96.77%vs.80.00%)(P<0.05).The total Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the 2 groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of all factors except for“hypnotic drugs”were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in combined group were significantly lower than those in single drug group(P<0.05).The frequencies of occurrence of 24 hours ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats,sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia in the 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the frequencies in combined group were significantly lower than those in single drug group(P<0.05).The level of dopamine in the 2 groups was significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in combined group was significantly lower than that in single drug group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and γ-aminobutyric(GABA)acid were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in combined group were significantly higher than those in single drug group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.68% in combined group and was 6.67% in single drug group.Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after cardiovascular intervention can significantly improve the electrocardiogram and blood biochemical indexes and enhance the sleep quality,with significant clinical efficacy.
