工程市场上出现了越来越多的大型工程项目,在行业现代化的发展趋势下,传统的工程承包模式难以符合行业现代化的趋势,很多的工程项目中都采用了EPC总承包模式。但如果在工程项目中采用的是这一模式时,尤其要注意项目实施中的设计工作,以通过科学的设计来提高项目实施水平,确保EPC总承包项目高效、有序的实施,提高项目效益。基于此,本文重点研究了EPC总承包项目设计管理中所存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了有效的解决对策,对同类型项目有一定的指导价值。

There are more and more large-scale engineering projects in the engineering market.Under the development trend of industry modernization,the traditional engineering contracting model is difficult to meet the trend of industry modernization.Many engineering projects have adopted the EPC general contracting model.However,if this mode is adopted in the engineering project,special attention should be paid to the design work in the project implementation,so as to improve the project implementation level through scientific design,ensure the efficient and orderly implementation of the EPC general contracting project,and improve the project benefit.Based on this,this article focuses on the problems existing in the design and management of EPC general contracting projects,and proposes effective solutions to these problems,which have certain guiding value for similar projects.
