高层建筑主体结构施工质量监理控制要点

Main Points of Construction Quality Supervision and Control of Main Structure of High-rise Buildings

当前我国经济发展迅速,城市化进程越来越快,为了节省城市空间,充分利用土地资源,高层建筑越来越普遍,高层建筑对于技术要求更高、施工更加的复杂。本文主要是探讨了高层建筑主体结构施工当中容易出现的问题,认为主要的问题主要有以下几个方面:一是材料质量把控;二是施工过程质量管理制度落实情况;三是施工方案管控不到位。根据以往的实际经验提出了严格控制施工材料质量、施工过程质量以及加强施工方案管控等措施,来确保高层建筑结构的施工质量。

At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly and the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster.In order to save urban space and make full use of land resources,high-rise buildings are becoming more and more common.High-rise buildings require higher technical requirements and more complicated construction.This article mainly discusses the problems that are easy to occur in the construction of the main structure of high-rise buildings,and believes that the main problems are as follows:first,material quality control;second,the implementation of the quality management system in the construction process;third,the unfulfillment of construction plan.Based on past practical experience,the following suggestions are put forward:strictly control the quality of construction materials,the quality of the construction process,and strengthen the control of construction plans to ensure the construction quality of high-rise building structures.
