摘要
为进一步缓解建筑行业发展与土地资源紧缺之间的矛盾问题,建筑工程地下结构建设规模日渐扩大,对结构防水性能提出了更高要求。要从根本上提升建筑地下室整体防水水平,需结合建筑工程实际建设需求,选择适宜的防水施工技术。本文就针对此,以建筑防水施工技术应用现状为切入点,提出防水施工技术在建筑地下室结构中的应用原则、防水性能影响因素,结合建筑工程施工案例,阐述现有防水施工技术种类以及防水施工流程,以期为相关工作人员提供理论性帮助。
In order to further alleviate the contradiction between the development of the construction industry and the shortage of land resources,the construction scale of underground structures of construction projects is expanding day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for the waterproof performance of structures.To fundamentally improve the overall waterproof level of the building basement,it is necessary to select the appropriate waterproof construction technology according to the actual construction needs of the construction project.In view of this,this article takes the application status of building waterproofing construction technology as the breakthrough point,and proposes the application principles of waterproofing construction technology in building basement structure and the influencing factors of waterproofing performance.Combined with construction cases,the existing waterproof construction technology types and waterproof construction process are described to provide theoretical help for relevant staff.
