With the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,people find that although the original decorative materials can meet the construction requirements as much as possible,they also lead to waste of resources,environmental pollution,and even threaten people’s health.In order to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry,attention should be paid to the rational use of green and environmentally protection decorative materials,which is conducive to reducing resource consumption,protecting the ecological environment,and meeting the requirements of green development advocated by the nation.This article starts with the concept and characteristics of green and environmental protection decorative materials,expounds the importance of its application in the construction of prefabricated building decoration,and further discusses the application of green and environmental protection decorative materials for reference.
