一种适用于139.7 mm井眼自带旁通的高温高压封隔器 被引量:5

摘要 在小井眼井中,常规的封隔器满足外径和通径尺寸后,径向壁厚较薄,很难提高强度和胶筒密封性能,不能满足高温高压作业需要。通过对常规封隔器施工过程中受力及变形分析,优化封隔器结构及材料,设计出适用于139.7 mm套管、耐温204℃、耐压105 MPa的自带同心旁通机构、自锁机构、三胶筒组合的胶筒结构、机械坐封、可双向封隔压力的可回收悬挂式测试封隔器,并通过了API 11D1-V3级别进行室内正反向压力反转试验。经现场YH1井应用,效果良好。该封隔器可为小井眼高温高压超深井的射孔、酸压、测试提供技术借鉴。 In slim hole,although the conventional packer can meet the size of outer diameter and drift diameter,its small radial wall thickness makes it difficult to improve the strength and rubber sealing performance,so the conventional packer is not qualified for operations at high temperature and high pressure.By analyzing the stress and deformation of the conventional packer in operations,and optimizing the packer structure and materials,a retrievable suspension test packer was designed,which is composed of a concentric bypass mechanism,a self-locking mechanism,and three-rubber structure.This packer is set mechanically and can isolate pressure in two directions.It is suitable for 139.7 mm casing,and can resist a temperature up to 204℃and a pressure up to 105 MPa.The packer passed the indoor positive/negative pressure reversal test according to the API 11D1-V3 grade standard.It was successfully applied in Well YH1.It is concluded that the designed packer can provide technical reference for perforation,acid fracturing and testing of ultra-deep,high temperature and high pressure slim holes.
