摘要
随着人工智能的发展,知识服务出现了新的发展趋势。首先对人工智能和图书馆知识服务的概念做了简要介绍,然后基于文献分析法,对人工智能融入图书馆知识服务的研究热点和成果做了梳理,列举了人工智能在知识服务中的典型应用,构建了包含数据采集层、画像应用层、知识生产层和个性化服务层的知识服务框架,并提出加强多方协作,进一步推动馆员队伍的发展,健全法规和制度、引入生物识别技术保护用户隐私,以期为读者提供更为精准化、个性化的知识服务。
With the development of artificial intelligence,there is a new trend of knowledge service.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the concepts of artificial intelligence and library knowledge service,then combs the research hotspots and achievements of the integration of artificial intelligence into library knowledge service on the basis of literature review,lists the typical applications of artificial intelligence in knowledge service,constructs a knowledge service framework including data acquisition layer,portrait application layer,knowledge production layer and personalized service layer.Lastly,it puts forward some suggestions in order to provide readers with more accurate and personalized knowledge services,including strengthening multi-faceted cooperation,promoting the development of librarian team,improving laws and regulations and introducing biometric technology to protect users’privacy,so as to provide readers with more accurate and personalized knowledge services.
