河北省公共建筑节能改造应用合同能源管理实践研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国北方城镇采暖能耗、大型公共建筑能耗以及长江流域取暖能耗使我国的建筑节能形式更加严峻。自2013年以来,雾霾突袭加重了河北省大部分城市环境污染程度。建筑节能在资源节约的前提下,对环境优化起到了促进作用。合同能源管理在公共建筑节能改造上不失为一个行之有效的方法。本文以某大型公共建筑为例,采用合同能源管理的形式来进行建筑节能改造,通过利用多种节能技术,如更换高能效冷水机组、采取节能照明灯具等技术,实现降低建筑整体能耗的目的。研究结果表明:建筑经改造后节能率可达到15.08%,其中年均节约479.90万kWh,二氧化碳减排约789.24 t。有助于进一步推动合同能源管理应用于河北省公共建筑节能改造项目中。 The energy consumption of heating in northern cities, large public buildings and the heating energy consumption in the Yangtze River basin make the building energy saving situation more serious in China.Smog has exacerbated environmental pollution in most cities in Hebei province since 2013.On the premise of resource saving, building energy saving plays a promoting role in environmental optimization.Contract energy management is an effective method to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings.In this paper, a large public building as an example, using the form of energy contract management to build building energy conservation renovation, through the use of a variety of energy-saving technologies, such as the replacement of high energy efficiency chillers, energy-saving lighting technologies, to reduce the overall energy consumption of the building.The research results show that the energy saving rate of the building after renovation can reach 15.08%,including the annual saving of 4.7990 million kWh, carbon dioxide emission reduction of about 789.24 t.It is helpful to further promote the application of contract energy management in the energy conservation renovation projects of public buildings in Hebei Province.
