摘要 医疗健康是人类发展永恒关注的主题之一。针对现有的医疗健康管理系统安全性低、资源利用不足及服务效率低等问题,提出一种基于区块链和5G网络的物联网云联健康管理系统,即采用区块链提供的智能合约技术,构建物联网信息采集端,以实现物联网设备之间的可信组网连接。同时,建立物联网云联服务系统,医生和患者可以随时随地查看采集设备状态及数据。所提出系统采用医疗健康数据智能分析技术、医疗设备互联互通与信息融合技术和个性化智能推荐服务技术,给人们的日常健康监护、医疗资源配置等提供便利,具有重要指导意义和市场价值。 Medical health is one of the eternal themes of human development.To solve the existing problems such as the insecurity of medical and health management system,the insufficient resource utilization and the low service efficiency,the author presents an Internet of Things cloud health management system based on Blockchains and 5G network,and builds the Internet of Things information acquisition system to realize the trusted network connection between the Internet of Things devices,using the smart contract technology provided by Blockchains.At the same time,the cloud connection service system of the Internet of Things is established,so that doctors and patients can view the status and data of the equipment collected anytime and anywhere.Adopting intelligent analysis of health data,interconnection and information fusion technology of medical equipment and personalized intelligent recommendation service technology,the proposed system provides convenience for people’s daily health monitoring and medical resource allocation,and has an important instructive significance and a great market value.
