腹针治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Abdominal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

腹针及其复合疗法,包括中药口服、中药外用、针刺法、刺络法、推拿、红外线照射等在膝骨性关节炎的治疗上均有良好疗效,具有明显缓解关节疼痛、改善关节功能、提高患者日常生活能力、不良反应少等诸多优点。文章以腹针、膝骨关节炎作为关键词检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方知识服务平台、中文科技期刊数据库中近年来腹针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究文献进行总结。腹针对膝骨性关节炎疼痛改善及关节功能影响的临床研究,旨在为临床采用腹针治疗膝骨性关节炎提供客观、科学的理论依据。

Abdominal acupuncture and its compound therapy, including oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external use of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, collateral pricking, massage and infrared irradiation, have good curative effects in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. It has many advantages, such as significantly alleviating joint pain, improving joint function, improving patients’ ability of daily living, less adverse reactions and so on. Taking abdominal acupuncture and knee osteoarthritis as key words, this paper searches the clinical research literature of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in recent years in the Chinese journal full-text database, Wanfang knowledge service platform and Chinese scientific and technological journal database. The purpose of this clinical study is to provide an objective and scientific theoretical basis for the clinical use of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
