以就业能力为导向的国贸专业多课程融合教学的研究

摘要 当前高校国际经济与贸易专业教学中普遍存在课程体系创新不足、任课教师之间沟通较少、关联课程之间知识点零散、课程设置缺乏对就业能力提高的关注等问题,同时学生学习过程中出现了不能很好融合不同课程的专业知识,不能形成完整的知识体系,获取就业机会的能力低等问题。文章以国际经济与贸易专业《国际贸易实务》《国际市场营销》《跨境电子商务》三门专业课程为例,以关联课程,提高学生就业能力为理念,通过借鉴企业项目管理模式,研究如何设计多课程融合的教学方案,同时将方案通过第二课堂任务形式要求学生完成,以培养更能适应当前社会需求的复合型、应用型国际经济与贸易专业人才。 At present, there are many problems in the teaching of international economics and trade major in colleges and universities,such as insufficient innovation of curriculum system, less communication between teachers, scattered knowledge points among related courses, and lack of attention to the improvement of employability. At the same time, there are problems such as students’ professional knowledge of different courses can not be well integrated in the process of learning, so they can not form a complete knowledge system,low ability to obtain employment opportunities. Taking the three professional courses of International Trade Practice, International Marketing and Cross-Border E-Commerce as examples, with related courses, improve students’ ability in employment for the idea, through the enterprise project management mode for reference, this paper studies how to design multi-course integrated teaching programs which will be completed by students in the form of the second class to cultivate compound and applied international economics and trade professionals who adapt to the needs of the current society with higher composite and application capabilities.
