Research on the Way of Cultivating"Excellent Craftsman of Royal Car"Talents in Automobile Industry

在国家提倡大力发展职业教育的背景下,该文提出以培育工匠精神为育人导向,传承工匠精神,形成“一体、两厢、三律、四驱、五平台”的“御车优匠”人才培养工作思路,通过匠人、匠心、匠品的培养,使学生勇于创新,懂得顺应时代而变,执着追求更高品质,并且锲而不舍地坚持下去,打造技术技能人才培养高地,培养高素质技术技能人才。

Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education advocated by the state,this paper puts forward to take the cultivation of craftsman spirit as the education orientation,inherit the craftsman spirit,and form the talent training idea of"royal car excellent craftsman"with"one body,two compartments,three laws,fourwheel drive and five platforms".Through the cultivation of craftsman,ingenuity and craftsmanship,students will have the courage to innovate,know how to adapt to the changes of the times and persist in the pursuit of higher quality,and persevere to create a highland for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents and cultivate highquality technical and skilled talents.
