摘要
现代化电力企业的员工福利管理制度,可以保证企业员工享有的基本利益,电力企业在管理员工福利时,需要结合工作人员的利益需要出发,坚持以人为本的基本原则,提升员工福利的满意度。该文首先分析了电力企业员工福利管理的重要作用,其次探讨了优化现代化电力企业员工福利管理的方式,以期对相关研究具有一定的参考价值。
The employee welfare management system of modern power enterprises can ensure the basic interests enjoyed by employees.When managing employee welfare,power enterprises need to start from the interests and needs of staff,adhere to the basic principle of people-oriented,and improve the satisfaction of employee welfare.In this paper,it first analyzes the important role of employee welfare management in power enterprises,and then discusses the ways to optimize employee welfare management in modern power enterprises,in order to have a certain reference value for relevant research.
