摘要
坚定“四个自信”,构建卓显内涵型、国际化、融合式和实用性等特征的创新创业教育模式,为一体化构建学业+产业+创业“三业融合”的应用型人才培养体系积蓄了接续动能,也引发了更多路径思考。该文针对创新创业教育的痛点和堵点问题,基于工作室载体功用发挥,就在“四个自信”视域下如何构建优质化创新创业教育模式及持续提升其辐射成效的路径展开研究,提出应结合产业之需、教育之本和创业之用,不断增强人才培养的职场衔接性、行业契合度和创新鲜活力,提升“敢闯会创”能力。
Strengthen the"four self-confidence"and build an model of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the characteristics such as connotation,internationalization,integration and practicability,which has accumulated continuous momentum for the integrated construction of the"three industry integration"applied talent training system of Learning+industry+entrepreneurship,and also causes more thinking about the paths.Aiming at the pain points and blocking points of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the author studies how to build a high-quality model and some paths to continuously improve its effect by studios,from the perspective of"four selfconfidence",and puts forward that it should be combined with the needs of industry,the foundation of education and the use of entrepreneurship to constantly enhance the workplace connection,industry fit and innovation vitality of talent training,to improve the ability of"daring and creating".
