体验式教学在高校毕业生就业指导课中的应用研究

摘要 高校就业指导课旨在为大学生职业发展提供科学的规划指导,引导其明确未来发展方向。从整体上来看,我国高校就业指导课程体系尚存在一些不足,如课程教师专业性有待提高;教学形式缺乏多样性,理论讲授过多,缺少实践环节等。因此,为了给大学生提供更好的就业指导,该文探讨体验式教学在高校毕业生就业指导课中的应用,旨在为就业指导课程提出新的思考方向,增加就业课程的实际可操作性。 College students’employment guidance course aims to provide scientific employment guidance for graduates,guide them to clarify their employment direction.On the whole,there are still some deficiencies in the curriculum system of employment guidance in colleges and universities in China,such as the professionalism of curriculum teachers needs to be improved;Lack of diversity in teaching forms,excessive theoretical teaching,lack of practical links and so on.Therefore,in order to provide better employment guidance for college students,this paper discusses the application of experiential teaching in the employment guidance course for college graduates.This article aims to put forward a new thinking direction for the employment guidance course and increase the practical operability of the employment course.
