Treatment of Silo Installation Nodes on Ready Mixed Concrete Production Line to Solve the Problem of Water Leakage

预拌混凝土生产线的上料仓在设计与安装时,往往具有很大的随意性。生产过程中,上料仓渗水漏水、地仓积水、设备锈蚀损坏等问题才逐渐显现出来。如何能处理好上料仓的安装节点,杜绝漏水继而引发后续一系列问题是该次研究的关键。该文阐述了上料仓漏水发生的主要原因及可能造成的严重后果,并最终给出了设计、安装及改造方案。

The upper silo of the ready mixed concrete production line often has great randomness in design and installation.During the production process,problems such as water seepage and leakage in the upper silo,ponding in the ground silo,equipment corrosion and damage gradually appeared.How to deal with the installation node of the upper silo,prevent water leakage,and then cause a series of subsequent problems is the key of this study.This paper expounds the main causes and possible serious consequences of water leakage in the upper silo,and finally gives the design,installation and transformation scheme.
