建筑企业“走出去”构建高职土建类国际化人才培养模式

Construction Enterprises"Going Out"to Build an International Talent Training Model for Civil Engineering in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着建筑企业“走出去”战略的提出,中国建筑行业“与全球同步”的步伐大大加快,为了满足建筑企业不断跻身国际市场的需求,就需要加强对人才的培养。高职院校作为人才培养的关键基地,应基于中国建筑企业“走出去”战略的节奏,在人才培养方面改变现有人才培养结构,并不断加快国际化人才的培养策略,为中国建筑行业“走出去”储备人才。目前,我国建筑行业“走出去”对国际化人才的要求有了明显的提升,而现有人才培养已不能满足当前人才培养的要求,这就要求应加强土建类国际化人才培养,以利于中国建筑行业“走出去”。

With the proposal of the"going out"strategy of construction enterprises,the pace of China’s construction industry as"keeping pace with the world"has been greatly accelerated.In order to meet the needs of construction enterprises to continuously enter the international market,it is necessary to strengthen the training of talents.As a key base for talent training,higher vocational colleges should change the existing talent training structure in talent training based on the rhythm of the"going out"strategy of Chinese construction enterprises,and constantly speed up the training strategy of international talents,so as to reserve talents for the"going out"of Chinese construction industry.At present,the requirements for international talents in the"going out"of China’s construction industry have been significantly improved,and the existing talent training can no longer meet the requirements of current talent training,which requires that the training of international talents in civil engineering should be strengthened in order to facilitate the"going out"of China’s construction industry.
