县级公共图书馆建设方法——以X县公共图书馆为例

Construction Methods of County-level Public Libraries——Taking X County Public library as an Example

县级公共图书馆是向社会提供文化资源、丰富人民群众精神世界的重要基层服务单位。公共图书馆的建设可以丰富图书馆的内涵,提升其服务水平。然而,当前县级公共图书馆建设还存在一定的问题。为了进一步提升县级公共图书馆建设效果,该文调研了某县级图书馆的运行状态,根据调养情况,找出其存在的问题。并根据问题制定出了相应的对策,希望为县级公共图书馆的建设提供可参考的方法。

County level public library is an important grass-roots service unit that provides cultural resources to the society and enriches the people’s spiritual world. The construction of public library can enrich the connotation of library and improve its service level. However, there are still some problems in the construction of county-level public libraries. In order to further improve the construction effect of county-level public libraries, this paper investigates the operation status of county-level libraries, and finds out their existing problems according to the rehabilitation situation. According to the problems, this paper formulates the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide a reference method for the construction of county-level public libraries.
