摘要 随着科技的不断发展,我国进入数字化信息时代,数字化技术的运用有效提升了档案管理工作效率,解决了实际工作中的一系列问题,节省了大量的工作时间。而机关事业单位作为国家的重点工作单位,其档案管理尤为重要,应与时俱进,引入数字化管理方法,提高档案管理工作质量与效率,从而促进事业单位不断发展。基于此,该文主要对机关事业单位数字化档案管理工作的优势、存在的问题及解决措施进行了研究分析,为提升机关事业单位档案管理工作水平提供参考。 With the continuous development of science and technology, China has entered the digital information era. The application of digital technology has effectively improved the efficiency of archives management, solved a series of problems in practical work and saved a lot of working time. As the key work unit of the state, the archives management of organs and institutions is particularly important. We should keep pace with the times, introduce digital management methods, and improve the quality and efficiency of archives management, so as to promote the continuous development of institutions. Based on this, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the advantages, existing problems and solutions of digital archives management in organs and institutions, so as to provide reference for improving the level of archives management in organs and institutions.
