疫情影响下,许多中小型企业面临生存问题,大型企业和国有企业也面临不同程度的冲击,对于人员的需求量大幅度地减少。但是毕业的大学生数量却在逐年增加,就业形势严峻。针对目前的就业形势,如何开拓新的就业路径是当前需要亟待解决的问题,是各项工作的重中之重。经管类专业的学生各行各业都需要,需求面广,但是单个企业的需求量少,学生在就业过程当中可选择面广,但同时竞争压力大,很多人抢同一个岗位的情况时常发生,如何拓展经管类大学生的就业路径是解决问题的关键所在。
