How to Realize High-quality Development and Build an Ecological Livable Home——A Case Study of Tai’an Eastern New Town

泰安东部新城是突破性提升泰城能级的百年大计,也是泰安适应济泰一体发展、拓展发展空间、积蓄发展后劲的根本之策。应牢固树立全球视野和战略眼光,坚持高标准规划、高水平建设、高质量发展,着力优化城市形态、加速产业集聚、强化功能支撑,着眼打造产业新引擎、宜居新环境、协同发展新高地,把东部新城建设成为全面体现新发展理念的示范区。为此,民建市委会通过对泰安东部新城建设开展专题调研,并针对性地提出以下几点建议。

Tai’an Eastern New Town is a centennial plan to improve the energy level of Tai’an City. It is also the fundamental policy for Tai’an to adapt to the integrated development of Jinan and Tai’an, expand the development space and accumulate the potential for development. We should firmly establish a global vision and strategic vision,adhere to high-standard planning, high-level construction and high-quality development, strive to optimize the urban form, accelerate industrial agglomeration, strengthen functional support, focus on building a new industrial engine, a new livable environment and a new highland for coordinated development, and build the eastern new town into a demonstration area that fully reflects the new development concept. Therefore, the municipal committee of civil construction carried out special research on the construction of Tai’an Eastern New Town and put forward the following suggestions.
