摘要
随着竞争愈演愈烈,人们自身的职业压力也越来越大,很多人群产生职业倦怠心理,产生了情感与态度极端衰竭状态。为解决高校档案管理人员职业倦怠问题,该文对高校档案管理人员职业倦怠的表现与原因进行研究,提出具体的解决对策,例如提升人员的认知能力、改善工作环境、制定科学的奖励机制等,能够取得良好成效,以期为相关人员提供参考。
As competition intensifies, people’s own occupational stress is becoming more and more huge. Many people have a mentality of job burnout, resulting in extreme exhaustion of emotions and attitudes. In order to solve the problem of job burnout of college archives managers, this article deals with college archives managers. The manifestation of job burnout is researched on the causes, and specific solutions are proposed, such as enhancing the cognitive ability of personnel, improving the working environment, formulating scientific reward mechanisms, etc.,which can achieve good results and provide references for relevant personnel.
