摘要
德国应用科学大学以其技能型人才培养优势、广泛的校企合作以及强有力的政策和资金支持成为德国职业教育的重要组成部分,在经济和科技发展过程中为社会提供了大批人才。但其在发展过程中也存在着生源不稳定、师资不全面及科研局限等问题。考察德国应用科学大学的人才培养模式为我国高校应用型人才培养模式的改革提供了一定借鉴意义。
The universities of applied sciences in Germany has become an important part of German vocational education with its advantages in training skilled talents, extensive school enterprise cooperation and strong policy and financial support. It has provided a large number of talents for the society in the process of economic and scientific and technological development. However, there are also some problems in its development, such as unstable source of students, incomplete teachers and limitations of scientific research. Investigating the talent training mode of applied science universities in Germany provides a certain reference for the reform of applied talent training mode in colleges and universities in China.
