文旅融合导向下的乡村振兴发展模式

The Rural Revitalization Development Model under the Guidance of Cultural Tourism Integration

乡村振兴战略的提出,是化解乡村发展困境的有效手段,面对国民旅游需求的不断变化,乡村振兴发展中应以文旅融合为导向,探寻更契合乡村特征的振兴发展模式。通过产业、主体及功能融合可展现出文旅融合在资源整合、经济发展、社会进步方面的促进作用。同时文旅融合也可依托于要素增值、结合优化、功能提升等机制驱动乡村振兴发展。该文以文旅融合为导向的乡村振兴发展模式中可应用的4种典型模式展开了探讨,而后分析了文旅融合导向下乡村振兴发展模式有效应用的保障措施,即促进文旅融合价值展现、确保旅游发展乡村元素有效彰显,实现城乡融合与乡村振兴联动发展,以此确保文旅融合及乡村振兴发展战略的有效实现。

The proposal of Rural Revitalization strategy is an effective means to solve the dilemma of rural development.Facing the changing needs of national tourism,the development of Rural Revitalization should be guided by the integration of culture and tourism,and explore a revitalization and development model more in line with the characteristics of rural areas.Through the integration of industry,subject and function,it can show the promoting role of cultural tourism integration in resource integration,economic development and social progress.At the same time,cultural tourism integration can also drive rural revitalization and development by relying on mechanisms such as factor appreciation,combination optimization and function improvement.This paper discusses four typical models that can be applied in the Rural Revitalization and development model guided by the integration of culture and tourism,and then analyzes the guarantee measures for the effective application of the Rural Revitalization and development model guided by the integration of culture and tourism,that is,to promote the display of the value of the integration of culture and tourism,ensure the effective display of rural elements of tourism development,and realize the linkage development of urban-rural integration and Rural Revitalization,so as to ensure the effective realization of cultural tourism integration and Rural Revitalization and development strategy.
