摘要
“新工科”背景下,深化工科课程教学内容改革与实践,培养高素质创新型人才,已成为当前工科院校教育改革与发展的主题。该文以新疆理工学院为例,分析当前工科课程教学存在的四类问题,探讨改进工科教学模式、优化教学环节、重构课程体系、优化人才创新能力培养模式、加强校企合作这5种改革实践措施,并对改革预期成果进行了展望,期望通过改革与实践,培养出专业知识储备丰富、工程实践能力突出、专业视野及创新思维宽广的高级应用型人才。
Under the background of"new engineering",it has become the theme of education reform and development in engineering colleges to deepening the reform and practice of engineering course teaching content and cultivating high quality and innovative talents.Taking Xinjiang Institute of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the four kinds of problems existing in the current engineering course teaching.It discusses five reform practical measures,such as improving engineering teaching mode,optimizing teaching links,reconstructing curriculum system,optimizing talent innovation ability training mode and strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and looks forward to the expected results of the reform.It is expected that through reform and practice,senior applied talents with rich professional knowledge reserve,outstanding engineering practice ability,broad professional vision and innovative thinking will be cultivated.
