需求导向的师范生信息化教学能力提升研究

摘要 中小学教师在信息化教学实践上存在短板,师范生是未来中小学教师的主力,通过调研中小学教师需求,抓住源头,对师范生的信息化教学能力进行研究。该文针对现有问题,提出从学校层面,修订人才培养方案,开设相关课程;政策上充分调动教师积极性、合理化师资配比;从教师层面,提出师生共建数字化教学资源,以提高学生积极性,培养原创能力;从学生层面,提出积极参加信息化教学设计大赛,以赛促学,全面提升自身的信息化教学能力。 Teachers of primary and secondary schools have shortcomings in information-based teaching practice.Normal school students are the main force of future primary and secondary school teachers.This paper conducts investigation and analysis on the information-based teaching ability of normal school students by studying the needs of primary and secondary school teachers and grasping the source of theirs.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to revise the talent training plan and set up relevant courses at the school level;in terms of policy,fully mobilize teachers’enthusiasm and rationalize the proportion of teachers;from the perspective of teachers,it is proposed that teachers and students jointly build digital teaching resources to improve students’enthusiasm and cultivate their original ability;from the student level,it is proposed to actively participate in the information-based teaching design competition to promote learning and comprehensively improve their information-based teaching ability.
