摘要
不断增强用户持续使用意愿,是健康知识付费发展的关键。基于信息系统期望确认模型和感知价值理论构建了研究模型,做出假设。采用调查问卷结合专家访谈方法收集样本数据,利用SPSS 26.0和AMOS26.0对研究进行分析验证。研究表明:感知收益对感知价值呈正向显著影响,感知成本反之,感知价值、感知有用性、满意度因素都对用户持续使用意愿产生影响。
The key to the development of health knowledge payment is to enhance users’ continuous use intention.Based on the information system expectation confirmation model and perceived value theory, the research model is constructed and the hypothesis is made. Sample data were collected by questionnaires combined with expert interviews, and SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 were used to analyze and verify the study. The results show that perceived benefit has a positive and significant impact on perceived value, while perceived cost has a negative impact on perceived value, perceived usefulness and satisfaction.
