摘要
随着劳动力市场供需双方不断变化,精准就业逐渐成为国内高校的主要工作内容。依托大数据手段可创建学生个人信息及企业信息数据库,实现就业工作过程与结果的精准开展,呈现于精准指导、服务、管理与帮扶等多方面。该文基于对大数据背景下高等院校就业精准服务体系构建的价值意蕴进行解读,分析高校就业精准服务在平台和人员上提出的要求,而后总结出具体构建路径,以供参考。
With the continuous changes of both supply and demand in the labor market, precision employment has gradually become the main work of domestic colleges and universities. Relying on big data, the database of students’ personal information and enterprise information can be set up, and the process and result of employment can be carried out precisely. Based on the interpretation of the value implication of the construction of employment precision service system in colleges and universities under the background of big data, this paper analyzes the requirements of employment precision service in colleges and universities on the platform and personnel, and then summarizes the specific construction path for reference.
