摘要
通过正交实验和单因素实验对固定化漆酶和固定化Co(salen)协同催化增强木素抗氧化性能的工艺进行探讨.结果表明,协同催化效果好于单一催化剂的催化效果,协同催化的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间2 h,H_(2)O_(2)用量4 mL,pH8,催化剂总用量6 mg,固定化Co(salen)∶固定化漆酶比例1∶3,木素用量140 mg,100 mL缓冲液.固定化Co(salen)与固定化漆酶协同催化可使木素的抗氧化性能达60%以上,协同催化显著增强了木素的抗氧化性能.
The synergistic catalysis of immobilized Co(salen) and immobilized laccase to enhance the antioxidant performance of lignin was studied by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment.The results showed that the synergistic catalytic effect was better than that of single catalyst.The optimum conditions of synergistic catalytic effect were as follows:reaction time 2 h,H_(2)O_(2) dosage 4 mL,pH8,total catalyst dosage 6 mg,immobilized Co(salen)∶ immobilized lucase ratio 1∶3,lignin dosage 140 mg,100 mL buffer solution.The synergism of immobilized Co(salen) and immobilized laccase can make the antioxidant capacity of lignin reach more than 60%,and the synergism can significantly enhance the antioxidant capacity of lignin.
