With the deepening of RMB exchange rate reform,the RMB exchange rate range is continuously increasing,which has a great impact on the foreign trade of import and export enterprises.Devaluation or appreciation of RMB will cost certain foreign exchange losses of enterprises,which often makes enterprises face great foreign exchange risks.One of the purposes of enterprises is to create value for stakeholders.Compared with western developed countries,the current foreign exchange risk management of China’s service trade has developed relatively slowly in terms of management system,management strategy and management technology.However,enterprises are facing many uncertainties.These uncertainties will bring risks and opportunities to enterprises.In this case,we should pay attention to prevent and control exchange rate risk and reduce the adverse impact of exchange rate risk on enterprises.
