Impact of COVID-19 on the Imported Dairy Products Supply Chain and Countermeasures

经济全球化背景下,我国乳制品进口额基本保持着平稳增长。新冠疫情的持续蔓延,给全球乳制品市场造成了冲击,我国进口乳制品供应链也随之受到影响。本文首先阐述了进口乳制品供应链的现状,其次分析了新冠疫情对进口乳制品供应链的影响,最后针对生产供应环节、物流供应环节、采购经销供应环节和终端消费供应环节提出供应链企业的应对策略,以供参考和借鉴。

Under the background of economic globalization,China’s dairy imports have maintained a steady growth year by year.The COVID-19 continues to spread,it has caused an impact on the dairy market around the world,and China’s dairy products supply chain has also been affected.This paper firstly explains the current situation of imported dairy supply chain.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the imported dairy products supply chain.Finally,this paper proposes strategies for supply chain enterprises in view of production supply,logistics supply,procurement and distribution,and terminal consumption and supply,in order to provide references.
