南北差异与区域经济空间格局变化——来自风险投资的证据

North-South Differential and Regional Economy Spatial Pattern Change——Evidence from the Venture Capital

南北差异和区域协调发展是我国新时期实施区域协调发展的新方向。本文利用空间统计标准差椭圆和可视化方法,使用2000—2020年风险投资数据,分析全国和南北地区风险投资演化趋势和空间集聚水平。结果发现:(1)北方区域呈现明显的空间集聚趋势,南方区域表现为在空间上不明显的扩散态势,这与全国呈现出的风险投资重心南移和空间收缩是一致的。(2)北方标准差椭圆的短轴长度呈现周期性波动,但长轴长度变化不明显。为了进一步研究,本文结合2000—2020年全国官员更替数据,试图从政府干预的角度解释风险投资变化表现出的南北差异。

North-south differences and regional coordination development are the new direction of regional coordination development in the new era.this paper uses spatial statistical standard deviation ellipticity and visualization methods and the venture capital data from 2000-2020,analyzes the evolution trend and spatial agglomeration level of venture capital in North and South.The results show that:1)The northern region shows a significant spatial agglomeration trend,while the southern region shows a unobvious diffusion trend,which is consistent with the southward shift and spatial contraction of venture capital investment.2)The short axis length of the northern standard deviation ellipse shows periodic fluctuations,but the long axis length change is not obvious.For further research,this paper combines the 2000-2020 national official turnover data to try to explain the north-south differences shown by venture capital changes from the perspective of government intervention.
