合伙人模式以不同的形式呈现在不同的企业中,如何制定适合的合伙人计划是当前每个企业最值得深思的课题。基于企业家的问题,理论上把合伙人制度分为四种模式,即虚拟合伙(Virtual Partner)、事业合伙(Business Partner)、股东合伙(Shareholders Partner)、生态链合伙(External Partner)。以控制权为核心,浅析合伙模式的边界、内涵、外延、步骤或潜在风险。基于企业管理的合伙人模式,本质上是企业的治理机制,是企业管理层的一种权力结构,从“资合”走向“人合”的一种开放式运营机制。

Partner model is presented in different enterprises in different forms.How to make a suitable partner plan is the most thought-provoking topic for every enterprise today.Based on the problem of entrepreneurs,the partner system is theoretically divided into four modes:Virtual Partnership,Business Partnership,Shareholder Partnership and Ecological Chain Partner.Taking control right as the core,this paper analyzes the boundary,connotation,extension,steps or potential risks of the partnership model.The partner model based on enterprise management is essentially the corporate governance mechanism,a right structure of enterprise management,and an open operation mechanism from capital cooperation to people cooperation.
