摘要
新文科建设理念对跨境电商人才培养与产教融合提出了新的要求。本文以杭州师范大学钱江学院为例,探索了四年一贯制、全方位的跨境电商产教融合新模式。实践表明,跨境电商专业深化产教融合,需在认知层面秉持一致的合作理念,需在实践层面构建多层次递进式的人才培养体系,需在发展层面拓宽合作领域。同时,需建立长效合作机制,包括利益共享机制、项目运行机制及协议约束机制。
The construction concept of new liberal arts puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation and industry-education integration of cross-border e-commerce.Taking Qianjiang College of Hangzhou Normal University as an example,this paper explores a new mode of industry-education integration with a four-year system and all-round cross-border e-commerce.Practice indicates that to deepen the integration of industry and education for cross-border e-commerce major,it is necessary to uphold the consistent cooperation concept at the cognitive level,build a multi-level to progressive talent training system at the practical level,and expand cooperation fields at the development level.At the same time,it is necessary to build a long-term cooperation mechanism,including a benefit sharing mechanism,a project operation mechanism and a reasonable and standard agreement constraint mechanism.
