摘要
以非洲刚果(金)某铜钴氧化矿为研究对象,主要考察在常规硫酸体系浸出较佳条件下的SO_(2)气体强化还原浸出工艺。试验研究结果表明,在原矿0.074 mm以上粒度占73.63%,硫酸初始浓度27.5 g/L,浸出温度40℃,液固比4∶1,总浸出时间2 h的条件下,先浸出0.5 h后再通入二氧化硫气体,通气时间控制在30 min左右,通入二氧化硫气体的速率为10 mL/min,铜浸出率可达95.06%上,钴浸出率可达81.38%,酸耗2.45 t/t·Cu,二氧化硫气体的用量约为2.51 t/t·Cu。
SO_(2)strengthening reduction leaching of low-grade copper-cobalt oxide ores from Congo,Africa was investigated under the better conditions in the conventional sulfuric acid system.The results showed that the leaching rates of copper and cobalt were 95.06%and 81.38%,sulfuric acid consumption was 2.45 t/t·Cu,and SO_(2)consumption was 2.51 t/t·Co respectively under the following conditions of ore particle size less than 0.074 mm accounted for 73.63%,sulfuric acid initial concentration of 27.5 g/L,leaching temperature of 40℃,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,total leaching time of 2 h,SO_(2)was injected into leaching solution at a rate of 10 mL/min after leaching 0.5 h.
