摘要
在有色金属湿法冶炼厂生产过程中,利用离心泵对各种流体介质进行输送;通过配电控制主回路中的变频器,调节离心泵的转速,可以改变管道内流体介质的流量、压力等技术参数,最终使得产品质量达标。在实际生产中,可通过观察离心泵的电动机电流值,计算流体介质的实时流量,了解离心泵类设备的实时工况,优化自动控制,提高现场操作水平,增大生产能力,提升整体管理水平。
In the production process of non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgy plant,centrifugal pump is used to transport various fluid media.By controlling the frequency converter in the main circuit through power distribution and adjusting the speed of the centrifugal pump,the flow rate and pressure of the fluid medium in the pipeline can be changed,and the final product quality is up to standard.In the actual production,by observing the motor current value of the centrifugal pump and calculating the real-time flow of the fluid medium,it is easy to understand the real-time working condition of the centrifugal pump equipment,optimize the automatic control,improve the field operation level,increase the production capacity and improve the overall management level.
