摘要 基于技术经济学,根据分时电价构建了电动汽车充电和换电两种模式电站的成本—收益模型,采用净现值和内部收益率作为经济衡量指标,并以某地区为例,对两种模式的经济效益进行对比分析,得出现阶段在相同售电量的情形下,电动汽车充电电站的经济性高于换电电站。但随着电动汽车动力电池成本的不断下降,以及换电模式对电力辅助服务市场的逐步参与,换电模式会具有更好的经济性和推广价值。 Based on the idea of technical economics,this paper considers the construction and operation of charging and switching mode power stations,and constructs cost⁃benefit models of charging and switching power stations based on time⁃of⁃use electricity prices.Net present value and internal rate of return are used as economic indicators.Taking a certain region as an example,comparative analysis of the economic effects of the two modes is carried out,and it is found that under the condition of the same electricity sales,the economy of electric vehicle charging stations is higher than that of battery switching stations.However,with the continuous reduction of the cost of electric vehicle power batteries and the gradual participation of the battery switching mode in the electric auxiliary service market,the battery switching mode will have better economy and promotion value.
